Overview
On this 3-day tour, you join a group with a total of 7 guests (each client has a window seat and access to the Jeep’s pop-up roof). The highlight of the tour is the Ngorongoro Crater, the best wildlife park in Tanzania. It is easy to see the wild animals due to the crater’s landscape, which is beautiful and breathtaking. The tour also takes you to Tarangire National Park, ‘home of the elephants’, famous for the number of elephants in the park. There is plenty more to see on this tour!

Day by Day
We will pick you up from the airport and take you to to a place of accommodation, where we will brief you on the tour and spend the first night.
If you arrive early, we have options for a city tour to visit famous places in Arusha, like the Africa Art Gallery and the Masai market.

We will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30am. After meeting the guide, we proceed on a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its diverse landscapes. The park is particularly well-known for its abundance of ancient baobab trees and the largest concentration of elephants in the country. It provides unique opportunities to observe the interaction between elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park, depending on where there are reported sightings of animals. We will mostly follow predators (lions, cheetahs, and leopards), which are harder to spot than herbivores (giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, etc.).
We will then head to the Tarangire River picnic site for lunch and enjoy the beautiful river view and animals. Small monkeys and baboons will try to scare you off your lunch, but this is nothing to worry about. After lunch, we will continue with the game drive. We exit the park at around 4:30pm, when we will head to our campsite accommodation.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the best wildlife park in Tanzania due to its beautiful landscapes. Being in a crater makes it easier to see the wildlife. After an early breakfast at 6:00am, we will head to the Ngorongoro viewpoint and look at the amazing view. The surreal sight will take your breath away! We will then descend the crater on a journey to find black rhinos that are the most difficult to spot.
The crater itself is self-sustaining for the animals, so they do not have to migrate out. After lunch, we will do a game drive and ascend the crater, then transfer to your Arusha accommodation or the airport.
